BBK Long Tubes headers

I noticed that BBK has 1 3/4 long tubes for the V8. Is anyone running these?

Honestly, the BBK brand is more popular with the Mustang crowd. Why not look into OBX, Pacesetters or maybe ARH?

not planning on buying them but was curious about their performance. The field is getting crowded as Pypes has also entered the long tube game not sure who's designed they will be accused of ripping off

Don't bother. Had them on order for 2 months. Still never received them. Were always on back order. Now going to run dynatech 1-7/8" Ted janetty talked me into it. Now just got to save up a we bit more. My advice to you is to stay clear of bbk

The BBK seem to be in a bad spot in the market.

If you're going less expensive like BBK you get more with OBX, XS Power, DT. Or for just a bit more you can step up to Kooks, Dynatech, etc. etc. Don't see a reason to go with them really...

We really apoligize for any back delay that customers were subjected to.
We made a big move last year right when the Camaro products were supposed to be released. We moved our header manufacturing and warehouse facility and the down time put us behind. We're up and running now and spitting out headers as fast as we can.

BBKTECH2, do the shorty headers bolt up to an otherwise stock exhaust? (part # BBK-4020)

These motors like to breath. 1 7/8" long tubes are the best IMHO.

We just put BBK LT's on a club members car yesterday. He had his coated, came with connection pipes, gaskets, and o2 extenders. We had em on in 2 hours and running. I don't have a video, but he's running BBK LT's, with Magnaflow axle back and it sounds badass.

IMO.... Very nice and clean looking, and easy to install. I would recommend these for someone looking to get good bolt-on power for a reasonable price.

Yes they do. The shortys are a direct replacement for the stock exhaust manifold. They bolt right to your stock cats.

Unless you have to abide by super strict emissions I don't see the point of shorty headers.

^This. Shorties just aren't worth the hassle of the installation.
