Second engine cover help!

I can't figure out how to remove it. I have looked on here and on the rest of the web. I have seen remove 4 bolts. But I can't get the silver part over it to move. (I am a car newbie)

Can anyone point me in the right direction please?

If you want to remove your engine cover, all you do is remove your oil filler plug and then lift at the front and its all yours.

Are you talking about the bracket that holds down the top silver & black cover or the Plenum? The all black ribbed one under the cover over the valley?

Sorry I was confusing. Some people call it the Clam Shell.

I finally found a forum on here that sort of talked about it. What I had to do was pull up on the fuel lines. (They popped right out) And then lift up and slide the clam shell out.

Here is a pic of the finished job
