tires on aftermarket wheels?
hey all i was looking at some aftermarket rims for a while now and i just looked at the tires themselves.. and i am a bit confused.. i have looked over some of the ratings on tire but i am really confused
say i get an aftermarket rim.. why would i want to put pirelli's on them and is there any way i could use stock tires on an aftermarket 20" rim?  here is the rim i have been looking into

Do you have the stock 18" steelies that came with the ls? If so then yes you have to get new tires.

Let's say I wanted to put the stock on an 18x8 rim....I think stock rim is 18x7.5. Would it still work fine?

Pirelli P- Zeros are good tires (very sticky in warm weather). Pirelli P- Zeros come on some of the fastest production cars.
You can get 20'' Pirellis P- Zeros (same size that comes on the Camaro SS) for $200 a tire at tirerack.com |
