Looking at the measurements of the amp it's gonna be tight . It will have less than a quarter inch on each side. I didn't pay attention to wiring terminals though

it will fit, but beesting is right, it might be a little tight.

The MGA has an endcap that hides the wiring terminals which are set into the amp a little bit, so wiring shouldnt be an issue if you plan ahead.

the other cool thing about this amp?

built-in fans... love me some active cooling.

It'll be tight for sure ******** is pretty accurate about the mounting surfaces.
You need to plan out the power and ground and speaker wiring ahead of time as suggested as well.

also - dont forget to get security screws to hold your amps down and your subs in - make it hard to steal...

you can get them at any home depot/lowes/hardware store - DONT use drywall screws, it ruins the mounting feet and looks tacky.

security screws - get the button-head style, not the flat head style.

if you really want to do it right, get T-nuts and some button-head security machine screws...

take lots of pics and let us all know what you think... if I remember right, my P3 took a metric sh*t-ton of break-in time (around a month or so 30 - 40hrs of moderate volume). remember, the suspension of your subs is very similar to the muscles of an athlete. How often do you see an athlete show up for the race, change clothes and start sprinting without stretching first?

Here is a good rule for polyfill:
1. If the enclosure is less than 2.5 - 3.0 cubic feet in size, you should use no more than one and a half pound of polyfill per cubic foot available in your enclosure.
2. If the enclosure is greater than 2.5 - 3.0 cubic feet in size, you should use no more than one pound of polyfill per cubic foot available in your enclosure.*
