Im paranoid now
So about a week ago something happened while I was driving my car. I dont care to get into specifics other than to say that it ended up not on the road anymore. Not way off in the woods or anything like that, maybe about a 15 to 20 degree angle 3 to 5 foot from the road. Anyway I had to get pulled out. Well I immediately took it to the dealership and had them put it on the lift and check out the entire undercarriage, and the wheels axle's all that stuff. They said that everything looked fine and that no damage was done mechanically or cosmetically. Anyway to the point, now i am extremely paranoid that something is wrong. I know this is normal for people like you all and myself because we take care of our cars. Lately when i am driving 35 mph and up I hear a slight droning noise, its not really loud, but its there. I cant figure out where its coming from, it kind of sounds like its coming from the tires. But I bet as soon as I take it back to the dealership they will not be able to hear it.
Anyway there is really no point to this story, and if you have read this entire post im sorry. But if anyone would understand the paranoia im feeling its you all. Its almost like even the memory of it happening has ruined my car for me. I still love my car, but i almost wish i could trade it in for a new one. I just hope there is nothing serious.

Did they check the alignment, or just do a visual?
If you are concerned, have the alignment checked. But, you didn't give much detail. Did you just slide on dirt? Did your wheels hit anything during the skid? |

At least you didn't try to pull out from that slant, that probably saved your car from getting damaged. If the inspection came back fine you shouldn't be paranoid about the car, your driving ability on the other hand..........

They did a visual inspection, but he also grabbed all the wheels and spun them plus tried wobbling them back and forth.
If im cruising down the road and let go of the wheel there is only a slight pull to the right. I left out some details on purpose, mainly to spare myself some humiliation. But no I didnt hit anything during the skid. Fearer I have a spotless driving record, but even the best driver has a bad run sometimes.
