What are GMAC's interest rates lately? - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

I know GMAC is now Ally, we have the wife's Caddy through them right now. I tried googling to see what their new car rates are but i came up empty handed.
We got approved for 3.24% through our credit union today and my vert should be here hopefully this week or next. Anybody get a loan through GMAC/Ally lately and care to share what their rates are?

On the Camaro specifically the rate i was offered through them with excellent credit was 3.99 back on Dec 31. Not sure about today

Got mine from Navy Federal Credit Union for less than 2% back in December. It all depends on your credit rating AND the lender.

And the length of the loan - don't forget that! Most are 5 yrs, but with good credit you can extend it out to 7 if you want - rates will be different for each.

If you want to get the most best rate don't go through GMAC, we many other banks like Harris, and other credit unions putting out rates as low as 1.99

Mine is 3.9/72month through ally (gmac). I always went with pentagon federal, this last time they acted like they didnt want my business so I went else where.

That's a real shame. NFCU showed me, as they have for the past 20 years, that they are the best. Perhaps you might want to check them out.

Yep, financed my vert for 1.99% through my credit union. Not sure what Ally is running.

Unfortunately I don't qualify for any of these credit unions. Ex navy and work for Fed Govt now, not able to join Pent eihter. uggh

I'm close to signing a contract on a heavily discounted 2010 2SS/RS. I had already been pre-approved for 3.24% through my credit union last week. Yesterday I offered the dealer the opportunity to beat it and he got it below 3%. Of course I haven't seen the contract yet so...

Negotiate your rate as you would with the car purchase. A quarter point is a quarter point.
