Finally had a chance to take a couple of pictures of the wife's 2015 2SS RS. Former Hertz Rental that I bought for her on January 3rd as a belated Birthday and Christmas present. She already has a 1969 SS but it isn't a convertible.

Thanks, she loves the car. She had been complaining that she was tired of having to row the gears in my 2013 Corvette Grand Sport so I had been looking for a convertible Camaro SS for her for about 6 months when I ran across this one.

Thanks everybody. The Nova is my youngest son's car. It's a 71 SS 350 4 speed. He was in the Air Force and after he retired he got a job on base at Beale AFB, CA. He doesn't want to take the car to Cali so it sits here until he decides what to do with it. I did the engine, trans, rear end, electrical, fuel, brake and complete suspension rebuild for him already. The only things left are the interior and the body and paint work. I restored the 69 for my wife in 2000. Here is the Vette.

Here are a couple more photos. The Nova is still under construction. I threw out the 8.2 inch 10 bolt and installed an 8.5 inch from a 79 Cadillac Seville. That rear is almost as strong as a 12 bolt. The pinion gear has the same shaft diameter as the 12 bolt. Additionally, the Seville rear has factory disc brakes and uses standard replacement parts (As long as you order them for a 79 Seville).
