I bought an RS headlight, and was not sure what is not working. How can I test the components of the headlight such as ballast, the bulb and etc.? The halo is working, but not the HID

Dealership? That would probably be the easiest way. I mean I just suggest it because electrical things can be wacky sometimes.

Did you remove the cover to test it, its the part on the top with 3 bolts, if you remove and switch it out with the one you have it the second headlight you will know if its the ballast, By the way that is the ballast.
