Daily Drive 97 Camaro No More

After 14 years and 232,686 km my daily drive 97 Camaro (V6) is no more... cracked cylinder header and a cracked engine block. Unfortunately it's more money than I want to sink into her.

I bought the car out of college and it's lasted me a very long time. I'll miss the car as I had a lot of great road trips with it.

I'm now saddened to sell it as parts or hopefully to someone wanting a fixer...

:(

But at least I still have my newer 2010 SS for fun....my Chevrolet Cruze LS+ six speed manual is on route for pick-up.

The Cruze I test drove both the auto and standard. For myself I felt the standard was more than sufficient for highway use. The base model with connectivity package was more than I figured on getting for a sub compact. I compared 5 other makes and the Cruze came out on top for standard features, room, and safety. Plus the transmission is a six speed vs the usual five. The car is very responsive, and I find very quiet at highway speeds. I'm very much looking forward to using it.
