1st mod - a CAI, cold air intake!!

I have done so much reading on CAI’s here, my head was spinning. After days of research I have order a CAI (Company). Looks good and after speaking with Bill (I believe that was his name) from CAI I am convinced I made the right choice.

Ordered today (note they are currently offer free shipping through Juth 4th), I hope to have it by Friday but more likely next week some time. The wait is going to kill me!

You'll love having a cold-air intake. I bought a Roto-Fab CAI for my 2SS. It bolted in place in about 30 minutes, and made a noticeable difference in how hard the car pulls.

I had dyno'd my car when it was stock, and got 357 rwhp and 363 rwtq. After the CAI install, I dyno'd it again, and got 380 rwhp and 383 rwtq. I think all the CAI kits probably get pretty similar results. I think you'll definitely notice a difference.

I am waiting on mine now (CAI inc.) should have it by Wednesday or Thursday. Should work out well in conjuction with my Borla S axle back exhaust.
