Please help with factory specs.

My car was recently hit pretty hard in the right rear tire area. The body and suspension damage was pretty extensive. All the suspension controll arms, toe links etc. were bent. The body shop is taking it to a service shop here locally to get the suspension all replaced on the right side. I need for someone to help me out in getting me something to give them to show all factory specs and a "how to" sheet to make sure they get it all right. IE:timing bushes/tourque specs and alignment specs etc. They have been in the area for over 50 years and have techs I trust but want to make sure all is done properly as these cars are relativity new and they may have not done many in the past. I have read alot of posts but have found nothing I could print to make it easier for them to "get it right"
Thanks In advance, Rob
Car is 2012 with the FE4 suspension

Everything I keep reading seems to come back to the FE2 and FE3 suspensions and or modified cars like springs and different bushes. I want this to get back to me in factory like state then later I will do my upgrades.

Alignment shops should have the specs for our cars. If you look up bmr or pfadt install instructin for their after market arms, toe rod, etc they give you the torque specs.

You need to buy a set of factory service manuals. You need a new quarter panel for one thing. I'd be more worried about that and the shop doing it properly. There's a whole section in the body manual on how to properly remove and install a new Camaro quarter panel, per GM specs.

Update..........

Well all the new parts for the right rear suspension came in and ready for install. The shop started to put them on and found with the new parts they could not get the upper control arm bolt in. After all the measuring they found the sub bent! The body shop told them to just get it together this way so they could have the car back!WOW to say the least. They want it back asap to get started on the body. So I sent my insurance company down to check out the car. They took some pics and said fix it! I give major props to the shop doing this for me and my insurance company for stepping up to the plate even though it was a hit and run accident with no insurance on the other drivers part. It is amazing how much damage can be caused that you don't see after an accident. These flimsy parts they use now a days can either be an issue in some case or a blessing in others. Imagine how much damage would have been if I had upgraded my control arms and links etc. with heavier duty ones before this happened? I might have ended up having my rear completly ripped out from under the car but I didn't because all the factory pieces just bent. So now more waiting as it won't be till next Wed before the cradle comes in.

Looks like a pretty hard hit to start calling anything flimsy.

It was a hard hit to say the least but if I had upgraded bushing, toe rods conrtol arms etc. It most likely would have either ripped the rear unibody or sheared off bolts and made things worse. I said what I said as a "Thank God" I still had the stock stuff in there. This is exactly why we as car people make changes to our cars and "hop" them up to get the true potential out of them because of "flimsy" oe parts. Some parts need to be this way but others benefit from a more beefier material.
I did not mean to offend anyone by saying "flimsy" sorry if I did.
