Sorry to hear about all your troubles! It is kind of hard to following your writing.

There is a section for Vendor/Seller feedback... I would post there and don't be afraid of posting the manufacturers name... It might help if you can give short concise details/facts... did you happen to write down who and when you talked to people?

Sounds like you are getting the typical bad customer service run-around... yes, sometime crap happens. It will be hard, if not impossible to recover any of the expenses you've incurred... But that doesn't excuse the current run around you are getting... As I mentioned above, if you haven't been keeping a good record of who you've talked to and all the details I would start...

good luck!

at least i get good words from this! thank you! your transmission grinding in 1 and 2 is not from your transmission mounts. your body shop needs to know what there talking about before messing up your car any more than it is ( I've heard all the stories so i can honestly say that) grinding in the gears has internal or clutch issues written all over it. DO NOT install the short throw shifter like you want me to until you get it in to the chevy service department. that will automatically void your transmission warranty

as far as the exhaust goes there a new company so there support services might not be as good as another company where they can just recycle the exhaust and send you a brand new one. which is what i would expect them to do. calm down call the company and speak to a manager, explain the situation but with a level head. yelling and screaming and going crazy makes people want to help you less. especially when you go crazy on an open forum and then you trash a company, it makes you look like the bad guy. be calm and think about your plan of attack
