AAC Mailslot Light question - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

I was looking to buy a Mailslot light from AAC http://www.automotivelightstore.com/...otscanner.aspx
And I was wondering if this particular bar comes pre bent ? I have sent a message to AAC but they haven't responded and I figured this might be faster. So I was wondering if Anyone has them and if they do not come bent how hard is it to bend the lights ?

The new ones are pre fitted for the angle and easier to install.

I bought mine before they offered the bent ones. I used a heat gun and formed it to fit the point in the slot. Pretty easy, just dont get it too hot!

I was thinking about getting that one just wasn't sure if it had all the same light patterns available that the other one has. From the videos I have seen I'm not sure if it does.

That's mine, the new one. Shows all the patterns, but mine is white only. No matter what color, or RGB this is the patterns the new one has.

Anyone have any clue what someone with a 2014 LT/RS could do for a scanner light? I wish I had the mail slot. :(

Closest thing i can think of is getting one for behind the grill. The 2014 camaro grills are pretty narrow i think it would look cool. Kinda like a huge mailslot lol or get a cowl hood with an opening towards the front and put a light bar behind there.
