I went with Roto - fab on our 2011 VR Vert. Love it! It added a lot of sound at WOT. We also added SOLO Cat Back and it sounds great!! Here's my engine bay:

I went K&N Typhoon on my 2SS, $260 shipped off eBay. With a stock exhaust, it gave a very nice, noteable growl under acceloration. Once I added the magnaflow comp cat back, it was less distinct but still audible. With the headers, don't bear a thing now.
As for performance, at dyno tune with the magnaflow and k&n I hit 395 (LS3) compared to an LS3 saith a Rotofab and Borlas Attack at 396. Once I added the SW headers, I dyno'd at 429 Vs another LS3 w same headers but a Vararam intake and Borla Atak at 415 Basically, my experience the K&/N is performing well and looks good....

I went with a CAI intake. Its really easy to install and looks and works great

I went with the Volant because the company I bought it from had a typo and was selling them for $137 shipped!
