This level of stupidity is astounding.
How does one so stupid end up with a car like this.

Which country is that? Doesn't sound like they are speaking Italian.
Czechoslovakia, Latvia or Romania is my guess.
How do we know it belongs to the dudes hosing the interior?
My guess is the car is stolen. Post it on YT and have a laugh.
Car may have been used in a crime and suspects are cleaning up the evidence.
Is the RF wheel bent?

I don't think it's stolen. From the site it says it's the owner cleaning it, and the guys working there are the ones taping it and laughing.

If I were to steal a car the the first thing I would NOT do is take it to a public car wash.

But I guess anying is possible because both of this things are pretty stupid.

this has to be for some sort of italian reality tv show. No way anybody would spray water on the interior of a car unless he wanted to do it to be funny or piss somebody off.

2 possibilities:

- Too much money and no brains
- Car is already a total loss (flood damage, etc.) and they made this video to be "funny"

i'm betting he put some kind of water repellent on the interior and "tested" it. i can't think of any other reason.
either way if he just wanted to clean the inside he will realize it didn't work and don't do it again
