Just lowered my SS, is this normal?

I just had Eibach pro kit springs installed on my car and noticed this gap at the top of the strut tower now. Is this normal after lowering or is there something wrong? It used to sit flush. Same gap on both sides.

You can go to Home Depot and get some toilet bowl rubber washers that'll fit under there to get rid of (hide) the gap!

Brand preference is opinion. There are some extreme brand loyalists on here and I have gotten my head bit off for posting my experiences with certain brands. I have heard a couple of times the BMR springs sometimes make noise on the rear springs(no personal experience). I've had Eibach springs on mine for a year and a half with ZERO noises.

I had Pfadt on for 2 weeks before the Eibach's and they made noise too (they denied it was their springs then publicly announced they fixed their noise)

You just have to do your own research, unfortunately.

Eibachs are 1" drop all the way around. I chose them because I know the brand and I got a very good deal on them. I never really got into comparing options because of the deal I got. Plus a 1" drop was enough for me. Some like more, nothing wrong with that. To each their own.

what color are the eibachs? i ask because i bought a camaro about two weeks ago and i have the same gap at the top of the strut tower as well. i looked underneath and found no aftermarket writing on them so i dont kno, the only thing i kno is that the springs are black. if anyone might kno plz fill me in. if not ill have to take off the wheel to further investigate.

Eibachs are black. Not sure about other brands.
