SDPC Headers Question - Pics

Picked up these Chevy SDPC stainless headers with hi flow cats for $400! Do I need 2 or 4 o2 extensions for them?

Also, does anybody know much about them? I can't seem to find any information. The guy I bought from said he got them from Lethal Performance.

They look like stainless power headers to me. You'll only need 2 02 extensions for the front sensors.

I believe that shield means Scoggin Dickey Performance Center. I looked on the chevy website and found the ceramic ones but not the stainless kind. The pipes run differently than the Stainless Power ones.

See the difference. Second pipe from left is different and the right out pipe goes under.

Extensions are for the fronts. The rear harness should be long enough, if you want to hook them up. If you're getting them tuned, you can just install the rear sensors and NOT hook them up. Basically, just plugging the holes. You can also get some actual plugs that gives you a cleaner look. You can then just zipties the harness ends up and out of the way. The rear sensors are turned off with a tune, as they only report the health of the cats.

Thanks for the tip. I'm waiting on a Vararam tuned intake, stock header gaskets, o2 extensions, and possibly a p&p throttle body.

Are Futral and Lethal Performance sponsors? I live abut 2 hours away from Baton Rouge.

My 02 Camaro SS was tuned at SNL Performance in Dallas and they did an awesome job.

Futral is a sponsor, they are the best hands down in Louisiana. Real good people.

Futral has been tuning LSX cars for 15 years, I'd go there.

To the OP. You might want to rethink your Vararam purchase. My understanding is that it will not fit a 2012

You are right. I had to cancel a transaction on eBay because it said 2010-2011 on the title then in the description it read "2010+ Camaro"

I'm looking at the AEM true cold air system or the new era performance one.
