wheels?

just ordered a black on black rs/ss! wanted to order it with the black 21" wheels, the dealer told me that i will have to take the stock set also! does this sound correct? the dealer also told me the second orders will be filled before the end of june!

... no .... you GET to keep the wheels and sell them to makeup some of the $4800 you spent on those wheels

The 21"s are dealer installed and dont show up on the sticker(unless they reprint a sticker) so the car will come with the stock wheels and when it gets there they put the wheels on. So make sure you get the stock wheels to. Its just like they do with the trucks, they pre order wheels and sell them to people that dont know any better and pay 4k for them. Alot of times they will keep your stock wheels and sell them or put them on a lower trim level and make money off YOUR wheels.

They come mounted and ballanced. Most dealers dont have the machines to mount anything larger than a 20" wheel. Looks like alot of dealers are fixin to have to upgrade i guess... LoL If I were you I would pass on the 21" wheels and step up to a 22" aftermarket wheel. 21" tires are expensive and not alot of companies make them. It is an oddball size and I am VERY surprised that GM would put that size wheel on anything.

okay thanks for the info! i also have a few other questions, the ground effects are also dealer installed correct? will they come painted or flat black? Will any of the dealer installed items show up on the line sheet? thanks
