I dont know about u guys but i have to explore all option before making a purchase. I just wanted a fun daily driver so i looked at both performance sedans plus pony cars. I test drove everything and i mean everything before making my decision on a 2LT RS camaro. Ive drove my wife nuts bringing home a different car after work to check out for the past few months. Here is a list of cars i brought home. Challenger ,charger ,magnum (same interior on all 3 very cheesy but i will say the challenger is a great car but its a dodge ugh i cant do it),genesis 3.8 coupe(just another asian sports car bleh),pontiac g8(awsome sedan but gt only come in auto),2008 mustang CS edition(Good grief horrid interior plastic city plus its a "me too" car but the 2010 is much improved)CTS caddy with 6 speed(to my surprise i loved this car very nice fun car but camaro just much better imo). As u can see i lifted every rock i could think of for under 40k and i couldnt find anything to touch a v6 camro for looks,fun performance and cool factor. I know some of u are getting frustrated by the dealers and such then bail for something else but i can tell you just wait a few more months things will settle down they always do. This car it worth the wait 10x over.

I've seen the interior, it's fine.

I agree with the OP, ain't no other car out there that beats the look of the Camaro for the price. The new Mustang makes my skin crawl... ugh.. what a hideous car. So the wait will be worth it.

Actually i have . Your 100% correct there is lots of plastic in the camaro but the interior over-all isnt bad. As a matter of fact my second choice would be a 2010 mustang gt if there was no camaro but it was a distant second for me.

lol funny u should ask ive asked my dealer many times for it they just got some in for the second time and he has one for me to pick up finally. The first batch they had out front they all got scooped up the first couple days like hot cakes ;o(

No doubt. I went to my dealer yesterday just to get a brochure and my guys weren't there so I asked another salesman and he said they didn't have any AT ALL. I said "Well I hope I'm on the list to get a brochure since I'm on the list to buy a 42k Camaro" he said I thought I recognized you, and went in back and got me one. Why the hell are they hiding these things?

haha, i plan to test drive most of these cars, even though i have already ordered cammy. its just fun to test drive. who knows. they may change my mind. pffff.
