Notified today that my car was built, # 6125.
At status 3800 right now.
I was at 3500 less then 2 weeks.

Does anyone know what the 2 middle characters in a VIN are?

Dealer gave me A9106125.

From the VIN spreadsheets for a 2SS with Auto trans:

2G1FK1E??A9106125

Lakers171- My dates are about 10 days before yours. I only recently got a good source for event status updates.

Bring it on home baby!! My car (#6125) has actually caught up to Amelia's (#647). Both are showing the same status. Maybe now they were waiting on enough cars to fill a truck.

With the codes above, can anyone tell if Bayed is ready to leave Ottawa on a train? Doesn't appear that it's went past that and waiting in a stock yard for truck type delivery.

Mine has been sitting in Oshawas parking lot for two weeks (no stripes either). Hopefully yours will not suffer that fate.

(I gave up and got a GT500) 5/11/09 - order cancelled 5/27/09 - vehicle arrived at dealership for whoever bought it after me
