Has Anyone Used a 15W HID kit in Their DRL's?
I wanna put HID's in my DRL's AKA "fog lights"... I've been doing some searching and everyone's saying the 35W kit will melt the housing because the DRL's use a plastic cover? I really dont wanna do the whole replacing the DRL with fog lamps from a non-RS. And I DON'T wanna do the LED's.
So has anyone used these 15w kits? Will these melt the housing? http://shop.mobileweb.ebay.com/searc...0&isNewKw=true Also I realized these can only be in 6000k. I want 8000k so I was wondering if I can switch the bulbs like the ones from DDMTuning for only $15  Oh and to have them turn on with my headlights I just need a harness right? Your feedback is greatly appreciated. |

I didnt click the link but uou can use 15w or 25w without melting the lens. The harness to make them run all the time can be found at Gen5diy.com
