I had a problem with my glass on my Cai and I called bill. I had a nice conversion with him about he did the right thing and took care of me. Anyone looking for a great product and great customer service I would not think twice about calling him.

Huh, I was going through my wallet and I found a business card from Bill with CAI. I am thinking I may have received it at the Vinton Car Show in 2011, but I can't remember. Looking forward to making my order with them in a few months.

Chase and Bill, I'm ordering one for my new v8 right now lol. I'm trying to decide black or silver and I was looking for some pictures when I stumbled across this thread. I totally agree with the op.
