Hood pins.
OK so I'm looking for a quality set of hood pins. I don't want anything that will rust. Stainless will still rust.

You are wrong about stainless, true some will rust but if you are having issues with stainless rusting it's because you were sold some cheap material. 400 series stainless will rust. What you need is a 300 series stainless. I work in sheetmetal all day long and 304 or 340 will not rust. 304 is medical grade stainless, absolutely no rust there.

I work at a steel mill. We make the stainless here. It all rust to an extent. Your company probably buys stainless from us.
