Detailing Opinions

Hey guys,

Wondering if anyone's tried the new Quick Sealant from Adam's Polishes? I've done a search and haven't seen the specific question I had in that if it would be a good sealant that I could use not only on my paint finish, but on the hood and trunk factory stripes as well ... as it's considered optically clear and wouldn't (or shouldn't) leave any residues ...

Experience or opinions welcome ...

I plan on using it on my stripes only... their other sealants are better suited (longer lasting) for paint.

Works just fine on the stripes... if they're matte I do recommend however you spray onto the app and then spread on the stripes to get even coverage.

Just used it for the first time on Friday, before our big Meet-n-Greet on Saturday. It was really easy to use, and my car looked fantastic after using it.

So yesterday, drove 200 miles in the rain, to the MnG, and am very happy with how well the water slicked right off the car, and nothing stuck to it. Drove back today - again rained the entire day. Darn this PacNW weather!!! Today, the dirt and road grime is sticking much more, but I have literally driven about 500 miles, with nearly ALL of it (and that isn't an exaggeration...) in heavy rains.

Overall, I am pretty happy with how it worked. I waxed my car two weeks before, and was hoping just for some extra protection for our get-together - which it definitely provided.
