AAC Style

I just bought my 2012 Camaro SS. I have done all the performance upgrades I have wanted to do to it beside a supercharger, but that will come later. I have the sound and power I want out of my car and now it is time to do a little visual upgrades.

I was instantly drawn to AAC style by there afterburner tail lights. I kept looking into all the lighting work they do and like the way the halos look for the the headlights and DRL's and also the side markers and reverse lights.

I have read many reviews about the company be a good company and others saying to never buy from them because they were so bad. All of these post I have read have been from late 2010 to early 2011. I know the topic has been beat to death, but I would like to see more recent comments about this company.

I have already bought interior and license plate lights and had no problems getting them and they are still working and looking good.

I'm looking to get dual color halos white/amber for the headlights and DRL's, afterburners, side markers, reverse lights, and the P13W lights for the DRL's with the harness to get my DRL's to come on at night with my headlights. It is a lot of money for all the upgrades and I just want to be certain that it is what I want to do

Any and all comments would be great thanks.

I say go with the colorshift 2.0 instead of dual. I have them and the sidemarkers and footwell lights as well as a few others. I have nothing negative to say about AAC.
So here is 1 vote to go with them.

They are a great company and group of people to work with. All the bad reviews I have seen are due to people who are either extremely picky, or people who just are not happy no matter what, or from people who are horrible at conflict resolution. They have a TON of great reviews, and happy customers. They have over 40,000 likes on Facebook.

Anyway you should be happy with their products, if not please contact them and give them a chance to fix any issues you may have prior to coming in here and blasting horrible customer service before you give them a chance to prove good service.

I have their interior LED conversion and foot well lighting kit in ABL, Their painted concept side markers, Plasma DRL's an their Revere lights and love every single one of them. I will eventually be getting a HID upgrade the rear Afterburners and a halo upgrade as well.

Just don't get the DRL LEDs from them. You can get the same bulbs for 1/2 price (or less) from many different vendors.

This is 100% true. I have the pw13's(bought used for $65) and you can literally look at the bulb and see the difference. Before I installed them I ended up staring at the housing lol. I couldn't believe how cool they looked.

Now I'm trying to decide between the dual white/amber halos with the stock diffuser and the Colorshift 2.0 halos. I'm leaning towards the colorshifts.

We have colorshift 2.0 halos and fogs, ccfl afterburners, Colorshift footwell strips, led bow tie, painted side marker lights on our Camaro. Also have halo kit and fogs on our Tahoe in amber/white. I will add another very positive review for them! Customer service has been stellar for us. Any issues we had were resolved without any hassles. The oroducts have held up great and get lots of attention!
