Rear deck rattling sounds?
Every I turn off my aftermarket subs, and turn up the stock boston accoustics sound system, I hear this rattling from the rear deck whenever the bass hits.
The speakers are not blown for sure. Any fix for this without taking it to the dealer or buying that rattling reducing mat stuff? Thanks |

I've had this problem since I got my car. I don't even have aftermarket subs.
The Dealer have tried to fix it maybe 6-8 times already and replaced the speakers 3 times. Still have the Problem. I just gave up on it. |

yea it's a common problem. There are a few DIYs on how to fix it. Most people just wedge some foam in between the speaker and the deck lid

Also I think having aftermarket exhaust has something to do with it. Not just the speakers. |

I have a different rattling sound when I take out the aftermarket subs and gun it so that the exhaust is loud. I have the loud mouth 1 and its sooooooo annoying. I really want to fix that too lol

I think im goin to make my own solution...
I have a 2 inch two speaker box thats sit belo both the rear deck speakers. Im goin to put stiff shocks between the box and the magnet to that it wont let anything move at all. Ill tell you how that goes when I do it.. |

It's the speakers. I had mine to the dealer 2 times and I got tired of pissing around with them and had new speakers put in.
