Tire combo opinion - Nitto

I'm considering Nitto INVO tires for the front and Nitto NT05 for the rear. I like the reviews, the look, the specs of both tires. Just curious what folks' opinions are on that combination.

It's a daily driver, getting rid of the Pirelli's. Although I did get some good wear out of them. Having a set of winter tires didn't hurt.

Thanks for any opinions!

Sounds like a winning combo! I have Invos all the way around but for hooking up at the strip the NT05's will do the trick! For daily driving without racing I would think the Invos would be better for rain though!

I think both tires are great! But why split them up? Make a decision, and either go with the Invo's or the NT05's all the way around.

i think the split is a good idea. you get better treadlife with the invos than the nto5s, and unless you do some serious auto cross the invos will probably serve you fine up front.

Thanks for the feedback! The sizes are the same as stock and the height is off by .04". Still haven't pulled the trigger but I think I'm liking it. Tread wear on the NT05's is worrisome but I don't burn out and I have a winter set (Which also should be replaced soon!!).

Nitto INVO

Nitto NT05

I've run the same set up and actually like the NT-05's up front and Invo's on the back better for AutoX. Mine are 275/40-20's all the way around so got to try it both ways on that set...given you're going to run the staggered, think the NT-05's will work good since they are the wider of the two...Enjoy...
