So i would like some input on those that have had a chance to sit in a camaro with the IO inside, is it a bright orange or dark, is it close to red? any info would be appreciated!!!

I would say it is Orange with a Redish tint to it. But it cannot be mistaken for Red, it IS orange for sure.

Here are some up close pictures of the IOM interior. It shouldn't get mistaken for red. Looks great with IOM exterior too!

Man, that is so sick!!!! If money wasn't a concern, I'd have a 2SS just like that with black stripes!

From all the pictures I have seen the seats look more red then orange and the doors and dash look orange Looks cool but might get old after a while, and might look like a young kids car.

yeah.......plus it's not very 69ish either............

we would have opted for it if the seats were maybe trimmed in IO, not the entire insert..........too much in my opinion!

man my order is going in today as soon as the dealer calls me. But that IOM exterior is still banging on me, its just i hate to get it without seeing in person, i really dont want to get sick of it, i would like to see it in the light. But i agree the interior is to much.

I love this interior.

i think i like the black better, just because, it is more subtle looking, and imo, classier

I worried about the IO interior and then stopped and thought about the fact that I have been driving a 94 Z28 now for 9 years with black/red seats front and rear and red cloth sidepanels and really dont think much of it

When you are sitting in the car you will be more aware of the red/orange stripe across the dash than the seats

Interior is not overwhelmingly loud - but it is not subdued either

My kids all love the IO interior but my good lady is less impressed and clearly thinks this is my "crisis" car :-)

I went from planning on SIM/CGM Rally stripes and Gray leather to "On Fire" all round simply because every time I looked at the IOM car and interior it made me smile.

Ultimately life is too short to care about what other folks think - buy what makes you happy
