Just wondering...10,000 cars produced and not one of them has been assigned to my dealer. Not even their showroom V6. And their first order was pulled the first week of March, and not even 3400 yet. Odd. I think they've given up on the whole "unveiling" thing, they don't seem to expect it anytime soon. Was hoping to at least see and sit in one before mine got here, but who knows at this point lol.

My dealership had one and sold it for 5k over MSRP.....1LT with sunroof, nothing else. No more on the lot either.

My dealer got their V-6...sold it less than 4 hours after put on showroom floor.

Middle of Missouri and call all the dealers within 50 miles and not a single dealer has their showroom car yet. One dealer got a pre-order 2SS in, but thats it. More of a rural area though so I figure it will take longer?

My dealer has gotten one car, a 2SS with manual transmission which was an R6P car. Mine is due in next week. Still no dealer car. None of the Chevy dealers in Jackson MS have gotten their dealer cars. Total of four delivered throughout the city. There is a Saturn dealership in Jackson that has a pirated 2LT that they want $36k for, $8k over the sticker. It's the only Camaro in town at any dealer as of now, sold or not. I have been chasing a black 2SS/RS at a dealership in a neighboring town for another member here, but I think the dealer doesn't know what he's doing when he tells me it's going to be there "any day now".
You all remember the articles in Motor Trend and Car & Driver last fall that said that the last thing GM wanted was to go the "Challenger route". To trickle them out agonizingly slow like that? Well, thanks to the QC hold, we're living the Challenger trickle right now.....

My dealer just got his first Camaro today. It is the showroom 1LT and I was the first to drive it.

i bet you at least HALF the dealers who don't have their cars by now are getting closed down, just looking at it from a logical perspective, it would make little sense otherwise. The other half are probably still in route, seeing how it is May 15 and the month is Half over already.

As far as I know my local dealer, Beckman Chevrolet, has'nt got one yet although a couple smaller towns nearby got some. I was going to go look at them, but I might wait until the one down the block gets there's, well maybe not.

Well, at least we're not alone here. Eh, seems like they're passing up entire regions. I don't think anybody has one within 50 miles here either. I know of 2 friends of friends just this week that aren't into the camaro following, but heard and saw about the car and went to dealers to look, and when they couldn't give any info about anything, went and bought somsething else in town. One a competitor car, one not.
