Post "It actually says that in the Camaro Owner Manual?!"

We've all read the 444 page (in PDF) owner manual, right? Well, there certainly is some stuff in there that's kind of funny as GM protects itself against Camaro owners doing foolish things. Here's an example from section 5-30 on the HUD (Head-Up Display in the 2012 manual):

Notice: If you try to use the HUD image as a parking aid, you may
misjudge the distance and damage your vehicle. Do not use the HUD image as a parking aid.

Could you imagine parking your baby trusting a projected image which creates an optical illusion of depth?

Any others you can add to this thread...? (If nothing else, maybe a good excuse to review your manual).

Info reguarding the battery. It refers you to one page which refers you to another which then refers you back to the original page, all the while not telling you any usefull information. I first found out about this website when I googled where the battery was so I could disconnect it for the winter.

It would be cool if the HUD also doubled as a front curb parking aide though.
