No Respect For Property

So I live in an apartment complex and this afternoon, I walk out to my car which is under a carport to protect it from bad weather/etc. to find two people, a guy and a girl, carrying on a conversation, with the girl leaned up against my passenger front quarter panel. WTF?

And when I ask politely if they wouldn't mind not leaning on my freaking Camaro, they look at me like I'm the one being rude. I mean, seriously?

I know people suck, but here lately it's been taken to a whole new level. I mean, I've got people treating my car like it's a sofa with wheels, I've got people personally attacking me on here and running off at the mouth with a bunch of PM bull that is seriously some high school grade bs...

Here lately people pretty much just make me wanna :fighting0040:

If you actually confront them, they'll just roll their eyes and be more likely to keep doing it.

Being just out of sight and anonymously pressing the panic button on the key fob is much more effective, both immediately, and in preventing future incidents.

Yes, the classic panic alarm. Makes me wish people leaned on my cars more...almost.

This will be used in the future..no doubt.

I didn't want to go off because in my experience it just means getting my car keyed or something later. People are just like that.

Day I received my car (St. Patrick's Day of 2011) somebody was sitting on my hood with a buddy taking a picture outside a bar. The next morning I noticed a 6 inch scratch from a button on his jeans. I guess it's my fault because I shouldn't drive my beautiful vehicle on a night when people can't control themselves. It's a shame people can't respect others' property

My first thought was, "Great...jeans...."

I checked it out afterwards and I think I got lucky this time...no scratches.

You should have gotten really close to them as if you were joining the conversation or even leaned up against the girl and say,"oh,I thought I knew you since you're leaning on my car""my name is Wicked 6, by the way.Would you like to sit inside the car? It's much more comfortable."

In my old neighborhood there was this lately who i swear would walk down the street every single day at the same time talking on her phone and she would always stop and lean on my Infiniti while having her conversation. I tried everything. Locking the car so the horn would honk, hitting the panic button, everything. It didnt phase her. I finally had to confront her about her about it and could care less but she started leaning on another car 1 house down from me from then on lol. I really dont get some people.

amen to that. I hear ya, dude. I had some random little dude who I had pretty much no idea existed PMing the other day with some BS straight outta Jr high. its so ridiculous It's actually pretty funny though. I just don't get it, I mean, me personally, id never take the time to go into someone's profile and PM them something along the lines of they hurt my feelings. it will just start some childish back and forth exchange that id rather just not get into at all. plus they wouldn't even be worth my time. just keep your head up and keep doing what you're doing. maybe its time you look into moving out of an apartment complex and into a house. or at the very least out of a complex with "THAT" type of people living at it. someone who makes between $25-30k a month such as yourself doesn't need to be putting up with that kinda stuff.
