TPMS Valves

Ok, might sound stupid but anyone have a how to do for installing these TPMS sensors on rims?

I bought 4 new tires and rims and every shiop i called wants an extra $10 each to install these sensors.

Just need to know if the sensors needs to face a certain way on the rim. I couldnt find anything under GM as a pdf doc on installing..

Usually the side that is the flattest sits towards the center of the rim so that it angles away from the tire bead. You still need to learn the sensors to the TPMS otherwise the sensors wont transmit to the car. If you dont have the tool to do so any decent tire shop or your dealer should do it for free.
