Anyone else have any luck installing this harness for high powered headlights? I installed it both ways and I'm getting a buzzing noise ONLY when the car is running and the headlights are on low-beam.

Some more clarification...

The buzzing noise is coming from the resistors.
It ONLY buzzes when the car is turned on and it's in Automatic Light Control mode. If I turn the headlights on manually it works fine.
