Need advice regarding car rental for multi-State road trip
Hello All,
I am looking to do a mini road trip in the near future, where I would be driving from Denver to Los Angeles in about a week, and I would like to rent a car that I can pick up at Denver, and drop off at Los Angeles. I am not looking to rent anything nice, as I am on a bit of a tight budget, just want it to run and be as cheap as possible. Can anyone give any pointers if there is a way to do this at a reasonable price? Or where I should be looking? Thanks in advance for any help! |

Not sure about the pricing.....but one of the places to shop for would be thenational rental companies, that way it would be easier to pick it up adn dorp it off, like at the airports. but since you want to go ONE WAY with it.... they typically have a "RELOCATION FEE" I done it where we picked up the car but drove it round trip. So I would just call around to teh big companies and ask about any additional charge for a one-way trip.
