Can Roof Ditch Moldings be ordered already painted?
Does anyone know if the Roof Ditch Moldings can be ordered already painted? I'm thinking about getting rid of the black moldings on my non-RS car. I did a search and came up with this thread: http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showth...ditch+moldings
Knowing GM, I tend to believe the post that has the info from GM Partsdirect, but there's a couple of people, in the same thread, swearing that if you order them using the VIN# from a RS car the same color as yours, they come painted the correct color. Can anyone verify this? I'm having my spoiler repainted and I was thinking about ordering a pair of PN 92225861-Roof Ditch Molding W/ WRS, and have them painted at the same time. I just painted mine with oem paint and it was super easy save the money they pop out you don't even need tools and I suck a painting they came out great just clear coat

Yes....give them the VIN of a car that has the RS package installed and they can give you that Part NUmber and bam.

I didn't even know the RS cars came with painted to match moudling. Learn something new every day.
