I've seen/heard a lot of great axle back exhaust set-ups & want to add either the magnaflow x pipe or the heimholtz modification to ensure a crisp, drone-free tone.

So does the Corsa cat back's, "XO-Style Crossover Pipe" do the same job as the Magnaflow resonated X pipe used in the custom systems for reducing rasp?

I have the corsa catbacks on my car. ZERO RASP, NOT ANNOYING, AND FANTASTIC SOUND. With the CAI intake + the corsa system, the sound is just stunning. I like it better than most v8s, and I LOVE the way V8's sound. But my car just sounds like a ferrari... Exotic...

And to answer your question about the crossover pipe, yes I believe it does the same job. not 100% sure.

I also have the corsa, and it does sound outstanding. smooth sound. no drone. I had it for a few weeks before I got my CAI. and the CAI really transformed the sound to so much more. I smile everytime I do a take off.

Does some sell the Heimhotz pipes (exhaust) or is it something you do yto your car to achieve it ?
