POPPING DURING BURN OUT
Had a little popping noise when I nailed it from a stop...... just during the WOT......what would cause that?
SS W/ A6 TRANS, kooks 2.5" street sleeper cat back exhaust.....I'm not sure if the car has a tune, bought it used....... |

I dont think it is wheel hop.....had the T/C off, nice smooth burn out through 1st.......just a couple popping sounds from exhaust/ motor......not sure what my RPMS were didn't look

Was your azz bouncing off the rev limiter like a ricer? Lol

If you were just straight flooring it I would assume its the rev limiter.

that would make sense ( rev limiter ) ......it smoked the tires all the way through 1st gear until I tap shifted 2nd.....I'm sure I hit the rev limiter ( im a rookie ) been a long time since I had a toy like this

not like a misfire, didn't seem to lose power......I think rev limiter
