Just like the post says when I take off at low speeds there is a slight shudder coming from the wheels. It almost feels like I am losing traction but I wouldn't think so at that low of speed. Help please and thanks.

Probably clutch unless your diff is pooping out.

damn yea i was afraid it might be the clutch slipping

Drive in 4th gear, floor it, if the RPMs climb and speed does not the clutch is going out. Other wise it could be wheel hop do to the cradle moving around on the car and the wheels bouncing.

How much throttle are giving the vehicle when you are having this shuttering issue?
