That was funny as hell. It looked like that guy was having a blast. I'd be scared not to wear a helmet in that thing, though. Don't see anything that's going to keep your head from being shoved straight into you torso when that thing flips over. I'd love to have one cause it looks fun as #$# to drive!

I don't see how it could take the bike in the corners, though. Wonder how "professional" that rider really was. I would think that CBR should have won, but then again....it probably is just that fast in handling those corners. It's gotta pull some serious g's.

Oh, and it was only a 600. Put an 1100 in there and that'd give it some competition.

I don't know, from what I've always seen, 600-750 performs better in corners, where anything higher performs better in a straight line...

Totally agree with you about the helmet though, but the awesome thing is that they make American versions with the wheel on the correct side (left), and it's street legal =)

Zyreal you right their your 600-750's have a shit load of torque and they are crazy fast through the curves because of better acceleration coming out of the curves.

I would love to have one. I think you'd have to treat it like a motorcycle or a Sandrail/Dune buggy. Definetly a Big toy!!

The price has nearly doubled over the last few years. Base model was around $35,000.:(

Dont have one on order yet, figured id wait till it comes in and give the SS a test drive before I throw my money around.

Im honestly thinking about getting a G8 GXP instead. The interior is far superior to the SS while providing a ton more practicality. If only it had the sheet metal...

One day (law school now) I plan on owning a 'toy car', something small light nimble and fast to drive around when I get bored of my DD's.
