Does anyone know if "performance suspension" was an option or standard or what on an ss2 in 2010. Did not have much luck searching :(
Also is it just a bit beefier than the standard suspension or what? Thank you. |

Just as stieger mentioned above, there was only one suspension option available from the factory for the V8 in 2010. It's designation is FE3 and is a little sportier than the FE2 suspension package installed on the V6 Camaro.
If you're looking for a beefier suspension option there are great options in the aftermarket. The easiest of which to install would be a set of sway bars. These are a great way to really make the handling of your Camaro much more fun and responsive! |

oh thank you. I hope it handles as good as my 99 ss. Anyone know if that is the case?

It's not gonna feel as nimble as your 99 due to the weight. With that said. It's still quite respectable given its size.

if you look on the build tag for your car, (not sure where they are, pull up the trunk mat and look on the fiber board, they should be there)
It is a bunch of 3 digit codes, look for the one that says FE2 or FE3, that will tell you what suspension you have on the car. |
