One piece radiator hose???

I've deleted my factory oil cooler and now need to delete the "T" style upper radiator hose.

I've seen others do this with a 1 piece upper radiator hose but I havent found the part #:(

I've done the search and seen some people mention they did it but no part #

Any help would be appreciated

Don't you mean factory oil heater? When I installed our oil cooler on my car I just took my factory radiator hose to the parts store, and they let me wade through their hoses and matched one up. I don't know what car it is used for, but it fit well. I don't know the part number, but I think I have it somewhere, let me do a little research and see if I can find it.

Factory "oil heater" is correct lol About 20 lbs worth of useless weight!

Taking to the parts store was a thought too and match it up! If you find the part # that would be awesome!

Thanks for the help

I found the one I used, Dayco C71766. It seems to fit well with a single trimming, and clears my ECS blower too. The quality of the Dayco hose is a little lesser than factory, so you can probably get the factory equivalent (which I will do soon). A quick Google search brings up this page which shows all the factory part numbers and cars its used on.

Thanks Jeremy! I ordered the Gates 21508 which seems to be the equivalent and Gates is what my supplier carries. So we'll see tomorrow how that works out.

Thanks alot for your help

They also have a different radiator, so I'm not sure it would work, I've never really looked at it for that. The cooler line comes straight out of the radiator instead of the upper hose like the older ones.
The 2012 upper radiator hose part number appears to be 19259243 if you wanted to try it...

Officially it is an oil cooler, but it doesn't do that good of a job, and for most people it seems like the main use of it is to heat up the oil when it is cooler (warm oil is a good thing, you never want to run the engine hard with cold oil!)

Just sayin all 2010 have "2" one -piece hoses to make one complete upper hose, just sounded like sarcasm. If you were'nt being sarcastic then i apologize. If you do have a true one-piece hose do you have a part #?

I did get the gates hose I mentioned above and is identical to the Dayco part # JDP referenced. It of course also needs a little trimming but that shouldnt be an issue.

Thanks all for the help.

I see what you were getting at, but the fact is I am in possesion of 2 upper radiator hoses that will eliminate the T fitting on 2 Camaros. A buddy at a chevy dealer was trying to order 2012 heater hoses for me but GM kept sending upper radiator hoses which have a similar part #, 1 digit is different. When they finally sent the correct hoses he gave me the two upper hoses. I noticed right away it was a solid one piece hose.

The GM part number is 19259243.

Will it fit on a 2010 or does it need trimming also?
