strip on the dash

is the strip on the dash suppose to be illuminated?(like the ones on the doors)

No just doors. But you can add it via DIY

Fyi...the reason it doesn't light up from the factory, like in the concept car, is because it reflects off the windshield and makes it harder to see at night.

There's no way it reflects on the windshield, the lip of the dash extends farther than the trim and would prevent this. (Unless someone that has done it can tell me otherwise, but I haven't seen this on any that have done it themselves.)

It was more of a supplier issue and they pulled it just before production back in 2008
