Magnetic oil plug
I've read a post in the past about a magnetic oil drain plug but my dealer has no listing for one. Anybody have a part number.
Baby K need a oil change. Thanks |

Pep Boys has them. You want the one with the rubber gasket encapsulated into the head, not the plastic separate washer. It will look just like the OE plug, but a magnet on the end.
I found the good ones at the Pep Boys on Van Dyke, a few blocks north of Warren. Oil Tite brand, part # 65212, M12 - 1.75 |

How many of you guys used the Teflon gasket that came with new plug? I just changed the oil tonight and installed the magnetic plug with that gasket but I'm not sure i got it tight enough..
