CAR INFO AND MOD ADVICE!!!! PLEASE!!!!

Ok so I was planning on getting a 2010 2SS when I get out of the USMC next Apr, but Im going to be going back to college so I decided to go with the second best thing I wanted which is a low mile 02 SS. My first question being that I can not view kelley blue book out here where im at (dont ask) is what would a 2002 SS/Z28 with under 10k miles be a good realistic price??? (from a dealer or person)???

After I get the car the list of mods below is what I would like to do to it. Please give me your advice as to the best PLACE to get these mods and a PRICE range for all of them.

-American Racing 1 7/8 long tubes? (or 1 3/4 which one)
-SLP Loudmouth I cat back?
-Clear Air Lid? (who makes them)
-Lowering springs? (best brand plus any other suspension items that I need)
-Halo head lights?
-billet grill?
-FAST 90MM Intake?
-Throtle body? (best brand)
-Smooth below?
-Short throw shifter?
-Chrome camaro inserts?

That is pretty much all I would like to do. Please inform me the best place to get those as well as a price!. It would be easy to do more research my self but my internet web viewing is limited out here where Im at in Iraq.

I think you have a pretty good feeling about what you are looking to do MOD wise. That will build a nice ride and look great too.

I am ex-USAF, I would be happy to hook you up with some parts when you are ready to do it.

And Thanks for your service to this great country.

I would be using some SLP parts on there, and the LSX throttle body and intake manifolds. Add a good dyno tune and I am sure you will love the car!

there are no camaro indentions on car anywhere for inserts lol and a cai kit will have everything needed. car is very different from the 4th gen mods your asking about. go to the performance section. milk had a sticky for current performance mods availible

if your gona do cam or heads or sc? i wouldnt go with slp headers. they make best power for untouched ls1's but once you mod engine they fall behind the others. i picked up 18 rwhp w/ qtp's over the slp when my car was a h/c car.
tbody fast has one with there intake or a nick williams is good.

I dont plan doing heads and cam. Maybe somewhere way down the line I might do a cam, but this will be my daily driver as for I want to keep the gas mileage up.

I was never planning on getting SLP headers.... I was planning on American Racing headers or maybe kooks!! not sure which are better for my setup. Basically the list of mods I plan to do are listed in my original post as stated.
