2013 navigation retrofit?

Is there anyway to get this system installed on a 2012? Touch screen would look good.

I'm sure it could be done but, at a huge cost. Would be cheaper to go aftermarket.

Lol yeah I know. But I like the fact that everything would be touch screen. More modern. Would it fit? Would everything work and how much would it cost? I see people adding HUD's I'd figure I'd ask if this could be done.

Doubt it's a direct fit. Probably need a new dash or some serious modification to current dash. head unit and wiring with a possible reprogram. Since it may be hard to find an available wrecked 2013 dash and nav unit your looking at brand new prices. That headunit isn't cheap. Chevy charges what $600 just for the nav upgrade from the non nav touchscreen. Gotta run close to $1,300 or so.

I bet it get's expensive quickly.

I just added a Garmin navigator and it is all I need as far as gadgets go, I like how the old style radio works in the '12 Camaro

The numbers Ive heard are over $2500....and thats just for the kit, youll still need to buy an aftermarket harness for whatever that will cost when they get one done.....so I would guess $3000 (installed yourself) wouldn't be to far off when all is said and done

No direct fit. They are on constraint last I heard. There are many integrated systems that go into it including the AC, heat and camera, plus other stuff.

I was going to add the NAV in my ZL1 but found out it was factory only and even if I installed myself it would require a major wiring change and some things still would not work. That's on a 13 let alone do it to a 12.

I did not buy the 12 because I heard the NAV was to be in the 13, but I waited a extra 4 months to get the NAV, I did not want aftermarket.

Skipped ahead; so sorry if this is redundant. No retrofit at the moment... at least not with the 11s and the center-only door locks... some new after market options.coming in the spring; and eventually.I'm sure it will be...... eventually....
