Splash guard install instruction?

I ordered splash guards from the dealership and they come in tomorrow, has anyone ever put these on, is it something I could do or am I better off letting the dealer do it? Is there any drilling involved

Yes those are OEM GM they were black shinny to match my black car, since they are like $200.00 i couldn't let them go,so i just painted them with a black matte that i had.

I believe originally they didn't come painted. Now they offer them painted also.

I bought mine painted from GM for $150. Installed them myself. Didn't have to take a tire off either. Just gotta have the right tools to avoid it You are supposed to drill one new hole into the rocker panel (front) and bumper (rear) but mine are just held on with the double stick tape. Still going strong months later.

Had to remove the rears but I have the RS package with 20 inch wheels. I think maybe smaller tires don't need to be removed

I have the 20inch also, thought about upgrading to 21 but the tire price scares me

Owned a 2011 without them and the rock chips tore my gills up. Ordered my 2013 2LT/RS with them installed. My biggest surprise is they look good and do the job

Like it's been said these are very easy to install. The instructions call for drilling (out of sight so if you remove it's not a big deal) but I did the install w/o drilling - just used the tape. They're still holding pretty strong but I may reinforce by adding the screws this spring since I've heard some people have had the tape start to give after a while.
