Question I don't know what color to get!

I may have the chance to get a 1LT in Victory Red in approximately 6 weeks. But after spending a lot of time on this forum my first choice in color is ABM. If I want to order an ABM I need to come up with my $1000 deposit, but that will take some time. Which also means I may not be able to order in time to get an allotment. Red is towards the bottom of my favorite colors but at least I wouldn't have to worry about getting a Camaro around the time I run out of miles on my current lease.

What would you do? I'm torn!

Don't take this one the wrong way, but if saving up for a $1000 deposit has you in a possible bind, why are you ordering a $23k-$40k+ car?

I won't take it the wrong way. I am busy paying off old credit card debt which will be all paid off in 9 months. So every little extra bit of my money is going to pay this debt off. If I was able to make my current lease's miles last until March then it wouldn't be a problem. But I will need to get into a new car by the fall once my miles on my current car lease is up. Right now, I make enough to take car of monthly things like rent, phone, car payment, etc. and it's tough, but this leaves me no room for saving for a car deposit. But I can afford my monthly car payment because that is all budgeted in. (Working two jobs, too, just to be able to pay the debt off early.)

I don't want to get in the position where my miles are up, and I don't have a car anymore. Yikes!

Awesome! So, other than your Camaro, you'll be debt free?

kind of sounds like to me that you are strapped either way. Number one indicator to me is that you are conteplating getting color at the bottom of your list because of 1000 bucks. Sounds like you need to rethink getting a new vehicle.
