Paint question

3 weeks ago I purchased a 2012 1lt, I now noticed swirl marks, (severe) and scratching, even some areas where I looks like the clearcoat was burnt through. It looks to me like a amature tried to buff the entire car. It was dark outside when I purchased the car and I didn't notice it. Any advice on my options or how to handle this.

If you purchased the car from a dealership, I recommend talking with them about this. They might be able to work something out to get this resolved for you.
