Injen powerflow moisture issues??
Just installed an injen powerflow two days ago and had to drive home through a hard rain today. Couldnt help but wonder that water might be getting to the filter being so close to the road and sure enough when i got home, opened the hood i could see water on the filter! I felt no problems when driving, the car felt fine under hard acceleration but still dont like the water getting to the filter. Anyone had any issues?? Maybe its just a little moisture collecting towards the bottom, Thanks for any help or info..

I think injen makes a 'sleeve' or filter condom you can put over the filter to prevent it from getting wet.

Definitely get a Hydro shield or filter condom...lol!! I got the injen CAI and have been wet situations....It hasn't affected anything thus far but for a piece of mind I got one and it doesn't effect the performance with it on anyway!!! Just be careful not to get too low!! Having the ZL1 front conversion with no belly pan leaves mines open to the elements!!

alright thanks alot guys I actually built a custom splash guard today for it out of plastic so it will provide further shielding from road spray.
