Should I make the jump to the SS!?

I currently have a 2011 1ls bought it last May. So it hasn't even been a year! But I drove an SS for the first time today! Its not impossible for me to afford it especially with tax return season coming up! But I feel so irresponsible and kind of a cheater on my current Camaro whom I love!
Thoughts? Concerns?

It's hard to resist the SS after taking one for a spin.

I've had some work done to my ss over the past few days. Mine is a 1SS, and the loaner car they gave me was a loaded 2lt. Other than the sound of the v6, I would be happy with all the little extras. Mine seems like it's in the stone age without all the gadgets, but it's a beast!
I would throw rocks at an LS if I was shopping again after owning an SS.
A 2LT would be a maybe, but I would miss the grunt.
Now a 2ss, or a zl1....

There are SS's out there in the mid 20's if you look enough.

If its what you really want and can afford, then why not. Just remember when your deciding the cost is pretty high.

You'll take a hit trading in your car after less then a year. Gas will cost you more (premium) and not get you as far (18mpg-ish), oil changes cost more, tires cost more, insurance might be more. The point is that there's more to consider then just the monthly payment.
